96 BACK ANNOUNCED NEW EP TITLED ‘FLEX TIME’ ON LOCAL ACTION

For Local Action, 96 Back is releasing a new EP.

The five-track release, titled ‘Flex Time,’ follows the Sheffield producer’s Local Action debut in 2020 with the ‘9696 Dream’ cassette.

In contrary to that release, 96 Back is in a more club-oriented mood on ‘Flex Time,’ coupling 808s with tracks in the 140-150 BPM spectrum. For the record, which is billed as the second in a trilogy of releases for Local Action, he collaborated with Toronto rapper Cadence Weapon and Manchester’s Iceboy Violet.

The album’s release comes with 96 Back’s debut as a resident at Sheffield’s Hope Works and No Bounds festival this year.

On July 21st, Local Action will release ‘Flex Time’ digitally.
