The upcoming VERZUZ rap battle will feature Method Man and Redman.
Swizz Beatz and Timbaland have announced that Method Man and Def Jam’s Redman will face off in a 4/20 special edition of the rap showdown, following last Saturday’s showdown between Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah and Raekwon.
In a tweet confirming the battle, VERZUZ also announced that The Isley Brothers will take Earth, Wind & Fire in an April soul and funk showdown.
The VERZUZ series, produced by Swizz Beatz and Timbaland in March 2020 during the initial COVID-19 pandemic, has seen Alicia Keys, Snoop Dogg, Beenie Man, DMX, and Ludacris compete in music battles.
