T-Pain and Kehlani have collaborated on a new track, “I Like Dat,” which was released on Friday.
The track, which is based on a reworked version of T-Pain’s “Buy U a Drank,” sees T-Pain express his love and admiration for the lady in his life by switching between AutoTuned singing and rap verses.
T-Pain’s most recent single, “Get Up,” was released in June 2020 in support of Black Lives Matter protests.
In May 2020, Kehlani dropped her second album, It Was Good Until It Wasn’t. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, she spoke about her forthcoming third album and how she wanted to make it “lighter” after the pandemic.
