The Bronx rapper announced the happy news on the platform of the 2021 BET Awards. When Cardi B joined Migos on stage at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, it was clear that she was expecting a kid.
The baby will be her second after Kulture, who was also unveiled live on television (on Saturday Night Live).
Cardi B tweeted a breath-taking photo of her naked torso on social media after the BET Awards, tagging Offset.
Bebe Rexha and Heather Sanders, a designer, both wished the pregnant mother well.
Cardi B received five nominations at this year’s BET Awards, including best female hip-hop artist, best collaboration (“WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion), viewer’s choice award (“WAP” again), and video of the year twice (for “WAP” and “Up”), while Migos received a best group nomination.
Cardi won the best collaboration and video of the year awards in the end.
