On “The Late Late Show,” Ed Sheeran Performed “Bad Habits” for the First Time on Television

On Monday, June 28th, Ed Sheeran performed his latest single “Bad Habits” and joined James Corden for an interview on The Late Late Show. Throughout the week, Sheeran will be a guest on The Late Late Show.

Sheeran returned to music after a two-year absence with the release of “Bad Habits” on Friday, June 25th.  Sheeran and his band breezed through the punchy late-night dedication for the song’s TV debut, with Sheeran picking his acoustic guitar and singing the hook.

Sheeran later discussed becoming a new father in an interview with Corden, as well as why he stays at Courteney Cox’s house every time he visits Los Angeles, and why he repays the actress’ goodwill by ordering her a gimp mask on her Amazon Alexa every time he visits.

Sheeran also discussed “Bad Habits,” including how he added more dance music influences to the song and why he chose it as his first song.
