Mina and Bryte are working on a new EP together.
‘Abeka Bugatti,’ which will be released next month on Earth Kicks, is named after Bryte’s home neighborhood of Accra, Ghana. It has five “club-ready bangers” that combine gqom, funky, afrohouse, and amapiano.
The album is the most recent in a series of collaborations between the two, who met in Accra in 2017. They’ve since toured together and released songs like ‘Sentah’ and ‘Make Money,’ which include Bryte’s vocals and Mina’s production.
On August 20th, Earth Kicks will release the full EP.
