SPACE AFRIKA’S JOSHUA INYANG TO PROVIDE MUSIC ON “DREAM FM” LATE-NIGHT RADIO-STYLE ART PROJECT

Joshua Inyang of Space Afrika will provide music to a new project by Danielle Swindells and Brit Seaton of Manchester.

The artist duo is encouraging Greater Manchester citizens to contribute to their project by calling 0161 464 4975 and leaving a voicemail responding to the question “What do you dream of?” The phone line will be available till September 19th.

Swindells and Seaton will mix people’s comments with Inyang’s original soundtrack for an online broadcast akin to a late-night talk radio show once the line is closed.

Allowing people to respond to the question in any way they wish, whether literally or poetically.

The completed project will premiere online in October and will air every evening for the remainder of the month.

‘Honest Labour,’ the latest album from Space Afrika, was released this week on Dais Records.

Last month, the Manchester pair debuted the song ‘Rings,’ which served as a sneak peek into the album.
