Following the success of Don Toliver’s debut studio record “Heaven or Hell,” the Houston rapper and singer is looking for even greater chart success with Life of a Don, his follow-up. It’s already at the top of the Apple Music Pre-Add Chart.
Toliver’s debut album debuted at No. 7 on the Rolling Stone Top 200 Albums Chart, delivered a series of RS 100 singles, and helped him establish himself as one of the year’s most promising performers.
Pre-adds allow fans to queue up a record to be added to their library when it’s available, delivering a good indicator of the albums that fans are most excited for. It’s a positive sign that the album is at the top of the pre-add chart, where former RS 200 winners Rod Wave, Olivia Rodrigo, and Moneybagg Yo have also charted.
Wale’s Folarin II, his first album in nearly two years, debuts at Number Two; PinkPantheress’ debut mixtape, To Hell With It, debuts at Number Four; and Jason Aldean’s MACON advances 18 spots to Number Five on this week’s chart.
