The Neptunes produced a new track featuring FA$AP Fergand Pharrell.
The Neptunes, the producing duo comprising of Chad Hugo and Pharrell Williams, have linked up with A$AP Ferg on his new hit, ‘Green Juice,’ after returning last year with a song made alongside Jay-Z.
Ferg’s first release since joining Jay-Roc Z’s Nation Management is this single, which includes a verse from Pharrell. The Harlem-born rapper also recently told Variety that he’ll be releasing solo projects under the alias Ferg in the future, but the A$AP Ferg moniker will continue with A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ant, and others as part of the “A$AP Mob.”
Between the late ’90s and early ’00s, the Neptunes accumulated production credits on dozens of Billboard Hot 100 successes, including work with singers such as Jay-Z, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Kelis, and Snoop Dogg. In 2003, the pair unveiled a solo album called “Clones.”
