On the reality singing competition “The Masked Singer,” legendary punk singer John Lydon was confirmed to be the participant dressed as a jester. After playing Alice Cooper’s “School’s Out” and being eliminated, Lydon, a.k.a. Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols, exposed himself.
In an interview with Billboard, the musician explained his decision to appear on the popular show, stating it was largely as a gift to his wife.
Lydon stated that his involvement should not be taken too seriously.
