A ‘VERZUZ’ battle with JAY-Z is “a possibility,” according to Rick Ross, albeit the event would be more of a celebration than a battle.
JAY-Z and Ross are good friends and frequent collaborators, having recorded songs like ‘The Devil Is A Lie’ and ‘FuckWitMeYouKnowIGotIt,’ and JAY-Z assisting Ross’ signing to Def Jam Records.
Ross was asked whom he would like to compete against during the ongoing rap battle series created by Swiss Beatz and Timbaland, with previous installments starring Bone Thugs-N-Harmony vs. Three 6 Mafia, Ghostface Killah vs. Raekwon, Ja Rule vs. Fat Joe, and Method Man vs. Redman in an interview with The Real to promote his new EP ‘Richer Than I Ever Been.’
