The songs “Nova” and “Moth” by Burial and Four Tet are getting a digital release.
Both of the collaboration tracks, which were first released on vinyl over a decade ago, will be available online today (11th February). On Instagram, Four Tet announced the news, calling them “two of the best tracks I’ve ever been a part of.”
Four Tet’s Text Records released ‘Moth’ along with another tune, ‘Wolf Club,’ in 2009. ‘Nova,’ released three years later, was the pair’s follow-up.
The news comes less than a month after Burial’s latest EP, ‘Antidawn,’ was released. In 2020, the studio partners collaborated with Thom Yorke of Radiohead on two tracks, ‘Her Revolution’ and ‘His Rope,’ which were released on the seminal UK record label XL Recordings.
