At the first of his two shows at London’s O2 Arena, Dave paid tribute to the late SBTV founder – Jamal Edwards.
Edwards has supported a number of musicians through SBTV and his other ventures and Dave is one of those artists. He died abruptly last month, at the age of 31. His mother, Brenda Edwards, referred to a “sudden illness” as the reason for death.
Dave moved on to reflect on his first interaction with Jamal Edwards, which took place while the former was a student at Richmond upon Thames College in Twickenham, at the O2 event last night.
