Axel Boman has declared that two latest EPs will be released in April, marking his first solo release in a decade.
This double album, titled ‘LUZ/QUEST FOR FIRE,’ will be released simultaneously through Studio Barnhus and features Kamohelo, Baba Stiltz, Miljon, Bella Boo, Man Tear, and saxophonist Kristian Harborg.
Robin Ekemark, who worked on the design, and Erik Lavesson, who worked on the words and art direction, were both long-time partners.
This will be the Swedish DJ and producer’s first solo album in over a decade, and each EP will feature nine tunes for fans to enjoy.
Axel will perform at a premiere party in New York alongside Studio Barnhus associate Bella Boo and Beats In Space creator Tim Sweeney to celebrate the release of the record.
The release date for ‘LUZ/QUEST FOR FIRE’ is set for April 15.
