Whatever The Weather, Loraine James’ new alias, has delivered her first record.
The Ghostly International-released self-titled album was first confirmed in February. In contrast to her Hyperdub releases under her given name, ‘Whatever The Weather’ combines IDM with keyboard improvisations and vocal experimentation.
James’ new album is his first for Ghostly International, and it’s available digitally, on CD, and vinyl. The record was first revealed alongside the lead single, ’17°C.’
