This coming Friday (May 13), the Smile will digitally launch their debut record titled A Light for Attracting Attention. Prior to that, the group released the music video for their new single, “Thin Thing.” The stop-motion animation video was filmed by Joaquín Cociña and Cristóbal León.
León and Cociña worked on the “Thin Thing” video for six months, according to a press release.
Smile is composed of Jonny Greenwood, Tom Skinner, and Yorke. In addition to “Thin Thing,” the trio’s debut record has the hits “The Smoke,” “Pana-vision,” “Skrting on the Surface,” and “You Will Never Work in Television Again.”
