A NEW HI-FI BAR, JUMBI, IS OPENING IN PECKHAM BY BRADLEY ZERO AND NATHANAEL WILLIAMS

Bradley Zero, the founder of Rhythm Section, and Nathanael Williams, a member of the production duo The Colors That Rise, will create a new music bar in Peckham, South London.

Jumbi, which soft-launches on July 2nd, promises to showcase music and cuisine from Zero and Williams’ Afro-Caribbean roots. A hi-fi system and one turntable will be housed in a booth that has been custom-built.

Ruf Dug has also been hired to assist the venue’s owners with sound reinforcement and amplification, and the bar will include Bradley Zero’s full vinyl collection from which DJ guests will be welcome to play tracks.

The soft opening of Jumbi will continue throughout the month of July, with the venue being open from Wednesday to Sunday. In August, the official launch will occur with a schedule of events.
