Rowdy Rebel has shared his debut LP. Rebel vs. Rowdy. The latest album features collaborations with Jadakiss, French Montana, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, and Dreezy among others. ‘Rebel vs. Rowdy’ and ‘Woo Nina” are the leading tracks of the album.
On Wednesday, a teaser for the album was shared by Rowdy Rebel. In the trailer video, Rowdy Rebel can be seen as a hero who goes through a journey that started with clips of him leaving jail, joining his friends again, getting back into his community, and releasing new songs in the studio.
Rowdy Rebel came to fame after his appearance in the Boody Shmurda’s GS9 collective in 2010. In 2016, he was found guilty of third-degree conspiracy and weapon charges and sent to jail. In 2020, he contributed to Pop Smoke’s posthumous single “Make It Rain.” After getting released from jail in December 2020, he released his comeback single “Re-Route” in 2021.
