Nick Hakim is set to drop a new album later this year. It is titled Cometa, a follow-up to his last year’s record Small Things. Cometa will be out on October 21 via ATO.
The announcement is accompanied by the single “Happen” featuring Alex G on piano and Abe Rounds on drums. The video for “Happen” is directed by Johan Carlsson and shot in Stockholm at Studio 24. The LP was recorded at various locations in California, North Carolina, Texas, and New York.
