‘Screwdriver,’ a new song by Above & Beyond, has been released.
The track, which is the trio’s first original instrumental single of the year, first appeared at the trio’s sold-out Group Therapy 450 festival in London last September, with a number of admirers eager to learn more.
The song sees the band experimenting with acid, breakbeat, ’90s piano house, and, of course, the euphoric trance sound that has come to define much of their work over the years.
The release of ‘Screwdriver’ follows the announcement that Above & Beyond would collaborate with Cercle to deliver a special, intimate Livestream on Monday, December 13th from the top of Piedra del Peñol in Guatape, Colombia.
‘Screwdriver’ is out now on Anjunabeats.
Above & Beyond surprised fans by releasing a new EP, ‘Flow State: Healing With Nature,’ in June.
