Ellie Goulding’s first child with husband Caspar Jopling was born over the weekend, and she confirmed the news in an Instagram video on Sunday (May 2). Former Sotheby’s art dealer Jopling, according to EW, reported the news in a Story, writing that both mother and child are in good health and are content and she mentioned that she is very grateful.
In February, Jopling, 29, and Goulding, 34, announced they were expecting a boy.
In an interview with Vogue UK in February, the songwriter shared the good news, revealing that she found out she was pregnant around the time when she last performed. Last August, she performed a livestream concert at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum in support of her fourth studio album, “The Brightest Blue Experience.”
