ALISON WONDERLAND MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR HER UPCOMING 2022 ALBUM

Alison Wonderland has announced a new EP for 2022, while details on the upcoming release are few at the time of writing.

On Twitter, the Australian-born EDM DJ, producer, and singer informed fans that a full-length album would be released next year.

“There will be an album in 2022,” she captioned the post, sparking anticipation about when her third album will be released and what it will sound like. Her first long-form effort since 2018’s Billboard electronic album chart-topping ‘Awake,’ that included blockbuster songs ‘Church’ and ‘Easy,’ rumors suggested the album will be released this year.

Wonderland has previously unleashed two tracks, ‘Fuck U Love You,’ which was accompanied by an unsettling music video, and ‘Bad Things,’ which received considerable acclaim. Both songs are on the upcoming album.

Wonderland collaborated with Hanna Diamond, Octo Octa, Cinthie, Dauwd, and others on the soundtrack for a new Tetris game accessible on Apple Arcade earlier this year. She was also featured in the documentary ‘Underplayed,’ which examines gender inequality in electronic music. Fans may see her perform live in March at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami.
