The video for Brockhampton’s “Don’t Shoot Up the Party” has been unveiled. The track appears on the Roadrunner: New Light, New Machine album, which was dropped earlier this month. Their most recent album will be released in a deluxe Plus Pack edition on Friday.
Kevin Abstract and Dan Streit co-directed the new video, which has a similar vibe to their past album videos, with woozy quick cuts and changing faces. In the video, the group gets together for a bonkers night that includes medical care, a burial, and other chaos.
Brockhampton performed the song on Stephen Colbert’s The Late Late Show last week. The video follows the release of Roadrunner visuals for Lil Nas X and Dominic Fike’s “Count on Me” and Danny Brown’s “Buzzcut.”
The Roadrunner: New Light, New Machine Plus Pack will include the new single “Jeremiah (Original)” as well as three previously only available on physical copies of tracks: “Pressure / Bow Wow,” “Sex,” and “Jeremiah (Rmx).” On Friday, the record will be available for preorder in two separate vinyl editions through Brockhampton’s online store.
