BURNA BOY DISCUSSED HIS IDEAS FOR HOSTING HIS OWN LIVE AID

Burna Boy has expressed interest in hosting his own Live Aid edition.

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, a Nigerian rapper, musician, and songwriter, has expressed interest in curating his own version of the legendary 1985 benefit event to raise funds for Africa.

In the post, the artist tagged the likes of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the United Nations.

Live Aid, which was organized by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise funds for famine relief in Ethiopia, was seen by an estimated 1.9 billion people around the world and raised $127 million.

Burna Boy, who won the 2021 Grammy for Best Global Music Album for his 2020 album “Twice As Tall,” collaborated with Polo G for a latest single titled “Want It All” last month.
