Geraldine Hunt’s disco classic, “Can’t Fake The Feeling,” has been remixed by Carl Cox.
Cox changes the original’s enticing groove into a summer festival dancefloor banger, tailor-made for peak-time, by speeding up the tempo of the 1980 single.
The release comes as Unidisc, the label behind the original cut, is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a series of club remixes. Claptone has reworked the Trans-X classic ‘Living On Video,’ Jacques Greene has recreated the Lime favorite ‘Babe We’re Gonna Love Tonight,’ and Alan Fitzpatrick has reinterpreted Shannon’s ‘Let The Music Play.’ Purple Disco Machine will be a part of the series as well.
