In her Monday (March 22) Paper cover storey, Demi Lovato revealed the title of her collaboration with Ariana Grande.
Lovato’s forthcoming seventh studio album, Dancing With the Devil… The Art of Starting Over, will include the song “Met Him Last Night,” according to Paper which will be released on April 2, “highlights two of the most strong voices in pop.” Lovato also confirmed that she and Saweetie will collaborate on a female empowerment anthem called “My GFs Are My BFs,” which Saweetie shared on Twitter on Friday (March 19) alongside announcing her breakup with Quavo.
Another song, “The Kind of Lover I Am,” makes a direct reference to Lovato’s queer identity, which she hinted at in her 2015 hit “Cool for the Summer,” with lyrics like “it doesn’t matter if you’re a woman or a man.”
The pop star also revealed that Noah Cyrus will be a featured artist on her upcoming album. Over the weekend, she shared an audio clip from their collaboration on social media.
