After years of feuding, it appears like Kanye and Drake have kissed and reconciled.
Kayne, who now goes by the mononym Ye after legally changing his name, photographed with Drake and J Prince to demonstrate to their followers that they’ve made amends and posted that photo on Instagram last night.
The rapper captioned the photo with a dove emoji, indicating the end of their half-decade feud and the beginning of a new era of peace between the two musicians. The shot has received nearly three million likes so far.
Drake also helped spread the word, releasing a video on Instagram earlier in the evening showing Ye holding the camera inside a nightclub while the two drunkenly pose together.
Following Ye’s open message to Drake last week offering the two to do a live show together, the two have resolved their issues.
It’s unknown whether the rapper will attend the December 7 event with Kanye, but the two appear to have put their differences aside and rekindled their friendship.
However, if history is any guide, their newfound calm may not last long. With the rapper’s on-off track record, an additional drama may erupt at any time in the shape of address doxing, song leaks, or even a diss track.
