The hypnotically deconstructed club music ‘For Your Safety’ is the second track from VTSS’ forthcoming album, ‘Projections.’
Ninja Tune will release the Technicolour EP on January 28, 2022.
‘Projections’ is a six-track EP from the former Mixmag cover star who has described it as a “new chapter” in her life.
‘For Your Safety’ is a terrific example of the producer’s versatility, with bouncing synths and a light-hearted melody.
When the Polish artist moved from Berlin to London in September, she experienced a “positive” culture shock. She discovered a whole new mindset, as well as the “opportunity to reinvent herself.”
The track ‘Trust Me,’ a sub-110 BPM drum-heavy crawler, has previously been released by VTSS.
On the rest of the album, we hear everything from an AFX hall-of-mirrors on the opener ‘The need to avoid,’ to shouts honoring classic drill & bass on ‘Propaganda of success.’
‘For Your Safety’ is out now, and the ‘Projections’ EP will be released on January 28, 2022, with more Ninja Tune music to follow.
