Gilles Peterson and Brownswood Music announced the future Bubblers for this year.
The talent discovery began last year with Nowsm and Victoria Jane, who began an outing searching for new talents. They have selected ’10’ unsigned talents for this year. The artists selected for the seventh outing include Coex, Romy Nova, Arli, and Michael Diamond.
Every year, Future Bubblers get a chance to work with industry mentors who assist them with their work. The Bubblers also receive workshops from Ableton and perform live at the Future Bubbler showcase, which is strong support to their career. Along with this, they go with a live recording session with Brownswood basement.
The initiative is supported by the Arts Council of England. It aims at encouraging young and fresh talent in the music industry across the country and with a specific focus outside the country.
