At 16 September night’s GRM Rated Awards, Ghetts, Jorja Smith, Tion Wayne, and Potter Payper were among the winners.
Hosts Jourdan Dunn and Michael Dapaah presented prizes across 11 categories on 16 September night on YouTube, with Ghetts defeating Headie One, Nines, slowthai, and others to win Album of the Year for ‘Conflict Of Interest.’
Female Artist of the Year was awarded to Jorja Smith, while Male Artist of the Year went to Central Cee, who was also awarded Breakthrough of the Year.
Song of the Year and Video of the Year went to Tion Wayne and Russ Millions’ UK number one hit ‘Body,’ while Mixtape of the Year went to Potter Payper’s ‘Training Day 3’.
Heartless Crew, a UK garage collective, earned a special Legacy Award, along with GRM founder Post.
During the show, Tion Wayne, Pa Salieu, Backroad Gee, and Potter Payper were among the performers.
Tion Wayne’s debut album, ‘Green With Envy,’ was released today.
