The rock group Guns N’ Roses released a new single from the period of the Chinese Democracy, called “Hard Skool.” It comes on the heels of the official release of “Absurd,” a remake of the previously unreleased “Silkworms.”
Axl Rose offers tough relationship lessons in the driving song, where being stubborn and unforgiving can lead to your downfall. In the audio video they shared, the 800 number inscribed across a locker is amusing “America’s hottest talk line.”
The band is on tour right now, and during their stop at the Etess Arena in Atlantic City last year, Rose expressed her sentiments about the first song “Don’t Cry” written for Guns N’ Roses. “Paradise City” was played at BottleRock festival earlier this month, but the performance was interrupted midway through due to curfew restrictions in Napa Valley.
