Joy Orbison has released a new song called “pinky ring.”
Following last year’s ‘still slipping vol. 1′ mixtape and a series of more experimentally minded EPs, the UK producer returns to the dancefloor with this single.
The single follows the release of another standalone track,’red velve7,’ late last year, to which ‘pinky ring’ is billed as a companion.
Its release coincides with Joy Orbison’s upcoming still slipping event on April 3rd at London’s Ministry Of Sound, where he will collaborate with Japanese streetwear brand Cav Empt to present a lineup that includes Tia Cousins, Lady Passion, Rosa Pistola, Felix Hall, Geeneus with Tippa, and Joy Orbison himself.
He also launched his own semi-regular London party, “Just For You,” in a Soho basement space earlier this year.
