Kayne West surprised the audience with his appearance at BET Awards. He came on the stage as a part of a tribute performance dedicated to Lifetime Achievement Award receiver Sean “Diddy”. Kayne gave a five-minute speech covering the memories of their friendship.
The tribute to ‘Diddy’ also included a video featuring Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Lil’ Kim, Nas, Faith Evans, and others.
West has appeared at very few events besides his performance at the Coachella festival this year. He last released a video for his track “Life of the party” which appeared on Donda (Deluxe). He also worked with XXXTentacion on “True Love” and produced Consequence’s “Blood Strain” and “It’s Almost Dry” by Pusha T.
