‘King’s Disease II,’ Nas’s 13th studio album, will be released on Nas’s Mass Appeal label and is the follow-up to the Grammy-winning ‘King’s Disease,’ which was released in 2020.
Although no details about ‘King’s Disease II’ have been revealed, the first album featured ASAP Ferg, Anderson .Paak, and Big Sean.
