Mixtape 2022 Tour Announced by New Kids on the Block along with Rick Astley, En Vogue, and Salt-n-Pepa
On May 2022, the New Kids on the Block will hit the road with Salt-N-Pepa, Rick Astley, and En Vogue for an extensive arena tour.
Donnie Wahlberg stated in a statement that they had fun on the inaugural MixTape Tour in 2019, and can’t wait to take it to the next level with our fans on the MixTape Tour 2022. These shows will take spectators on a roller coaster of emotions and they are thrilled to have Salt-N-Pepa return, as well as the renowned and legendary Rick Astley and En Vogue, join the tour.
After the original group reunited in 2008, New Kids on the Block began touring steadily. Nelly,98 Degrees, Tiffany, Boyz II Men, TLC, Debbie Gibson, and Salt-N-Pepa have performed on previous tours. Rather than starting the performance, the special guests have appeared in the middle of the New Kids’ Mixtape tours to perform mini-sets of their songs.
It’s highly likely that Salt-N-Pepa will perform “Whatta Man” with En Vogue, and don’t be astonished if Rickroll does a surprise version of “Never Gonna Give You Up.”
