Nikki Lane, a country singer-songwriter, has revealed a new record. Denim & Diamonds will be released by New West on September 23. Joshua Homme of Queens of the Stone Age produced and mixed the record, featuring his teammates Michael Shuman, Alain Johannes, and Dean Fertita. Matt Helders of Arctic Monkeys and Carla Azar of Autolux also feature on the record.
In February 2017, Lane launched her previous record, Highway Queen. Years later, she worked with Lana Del Rey on “Breaking Up Slowly” by Chemtrails Over the Country Club. In addition, on “Blue Banisters,” Del Rey sings about Lane.
