The title track from YG and Mozzy’s forthcoming collaboration album, “Perfect Timing,” has been released.
Over a slinky groove based around a delicate guitar loop, keys, and some windswept chimes, YG and Mozzy trade verses about their origins and big dreams in “Perfect Timing.” Blxst, a Los Angeles-based singer/rapper, binds the track together with the hook.
Suj directed a sun-drenched music video for the single, which was filmed on location in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
“Perfect Timing” is the follow-up to YG and Mozzy’s previous single, “Bompton to Oak Park,” which was released in April. Perfect Timing does not yet have an official release date, but it is expected to be released in May.
Last October, YG unveiled his latest solo album, My Life 4Hunnid, and in 2020, Mozzy unleashed two albums, Beyond Bulletproof in May and Occupational Hazard in September.
