Joy Orbison has unveiled a new song.
The DJ and producer’s real name “Peter O’Grady” has released a new track, ‘red velve7,’ following the unveiling of his debut mixtape, “still slipping vol. 1,” in August of this year.
The new track, which is out now on XL Recordings, is the first taste of O’Grady’s “quite a lot of unreleased music,” and, like ‘still sliding vol. 1’, delves into his lived experiences. O’Grady’s grandmother, who managed a music-themed pub in west London when he was growing up, is featured on the cover artwork.
