For Spotify Singles’ Best New Artist series, Grammy nominee Arooj Aftab has released a song of Rosalía’s “Di Mi Nombre (Cap.8: Éxtasis).” For the series, Aftab also performed a fresh rendition of her own “Baghon Main.”
At the 2022 Grammy Awards, Arooj Aftab is nominated for Best New Artist and Best Global Music Performance (for “Mohabbat”). Rosalía was a nominee for Best New Artist at the 2020 Grammys, however Billie Eilish won the award. El Mal Querer, the Spanish singer’s album, won Best Latin Rock, Urban, or Alternative Album that year.
Vulture Prince will be released in a deluxe version on June 24, by Aftab. Rosalía launched her new album Motomami last month.
