Sean Paul has released a new 16-tune album named ‘Scorcha.’
The dancehall record, which features Gwen Stefani, Ty Dolla $ign, Pia Mia, SIA, and Shenseea, was released on May 27.
“Scorcha,” the follow-up to his GRAMMY-nominated record “Live N Livin,” arrives just in time for summer, with a groove dipped in reggae cuts and dancehall.
Speaking to TMZ ahead of the album’s launch, Paul stated that he wanted to recognize other Jamaican singers and raise the flag for the next generation of dancehall artists. Paul thanked Ed Sheeran, Drake, and Rihanna for their contributions in an interview.
