Though Mendes’ pal was able to get a good photo of him for his Instagram account, a behind-the-scenes video from the session shows the 23-year-old nearly falling down a steep trail after flexing his muscles for the camera while John Mayer’s “Gravity” plays in the background.
Fortunately, Mendes didn’t get hurt and was able to post the amusing moment on his Instagram account.
Apart from shirtless photos, Mendes has provided updates on his upcoming music. The singer has been teasing new music on social media recently, releasing various clips of him in the studio with colleagues and even sharing a song snippet.
