DDS (Distort Decay Sustain) has unveiled Shinichi Atobe’s sixth EP, ‘Love Of Plastic’.
The nine-track collection of distinct deep house and dub techno follows the Japanese producer’s 2020 album, ‘Yes,’ and 2018’s ‘Heat,’ which was named one of DJ Mag’s electronic albums of the decade.
Since returning to dance music production in 2014 after a 13-year absence, Atobe has continuously released on DDS, Demdike Stare’s label.
Rashad Becker mastered the album, which also features Mat Thornton’s photography.
