Shygirl has dropped a new track “Coochie (A Bedtime Story).” The track came with the accompanying music video directed by Samuel Ibram. The visuals feature Shygirl in transit from a bus stop onto a horse-drawn ride and visiting the beach. The video footage of the singer is edited along with clips from anime films and superimposed with 3D characters.
Shygirl is set to release her debut album Nymph on September 30 via Because Music. It will include the tracks “Firefly” and “Come for Me” along with guest performances from Acra, Vegyn, Mura Musa, BloodPop®, Kingdom, and Danny L Harle.
The singer appeared in the video for “Papi Bones” in April, which was a collaborative track with FKA twigs. She also collaborated with Mura Masa on the tracks “Bbycakes” and “Hollaback Bitch.”
