On November 5th, Summer Walker will release her sophomore album “Still Over It”. The R&B singer recreates her Over It album cover for a trailer teasing the album.
In the clip, Walker is seen talking on the phone with JT, a then-incarcerated City Girls, till date from two years ago. Walker shares her relationship difficulties, and both talk about their anticipation of hanging out when JT gets out, hinting at the possibility of collaboration in the future.
Walker teased last week that her second album was on the way. In a video Walker tweeted, Walker said she planned to reveal details about her new album on the red carpet during the BET Hip-Hop Awards but she was denied entry because of “Covid restrictions.”
Rolling Stone ranked Over It as the No. 38 albums on the 50 Best Albums of 2019.
