There is great news for the fans of “Top Boy,” Netflix has revealed that the blockbuster drama will return on March 18th.
The announcement was confirmed yesterday via a Tweet from the show’s official account, which included footage of the Odeon Waterlooo – or “London’s biggest billboard” – confirming the new season.
Ashley Walters, who plays Dushane Hill, teased Season 4 with a Tweet illustrating the process of creating a billboard with only the word ‘Top’ visible.
Kano, Michael Ward, and Little Simz will also appear in the new season, in addition to Walters.
“Loyalty before everything” is written over the faces of the characters in the new Drake-produced series poster.
The latest season, which was set to premiere on the streaming site in 2020, was put on hold after production was halted because of the Coronavirus outbreak.
Netflix and NTS partnered in 2019 to produce the “Top Boy Academy,” a series of workshops and demos concentrating on music and television production.
