DJ Harvey is back with the third installment of his ‘The Sound of Mercury Rising’ compilation series, which will be released on October 8.
The tracklist will be kept from the public until the compilation’s release next week, but the mix will be inspired by “what could’ve been and what she be” in Pikes Ibiza.
Tony Esposito, DJ Pippi, Idjut Boys, Mr Marvin, Nu Guinea, and Das Komplex have all contributed to prior Pikes Records albums.
The series is mainly influenced by Harvey’s choices at his Pikes residency ‘Mercury Rising,’ which celebrated its fifth year in 2019 but has yet to return because of COVID-19 restrictions in Ibiza.
