Tom Ashbrook, a Liverpool-based producer, unveiled his new track ‘We Begin’ this week.
It develops as it progresses, unfolding new layers and progressively presenting itself to the listener in a Jon Hopkins/Bonobo-esque blend of orchestral components and electronic production.
Since the age of five, Ashbrook has been classically trained as a pianist and has used his fascination with the emotive qualities of cinema soundtracks to his own electronic music composition.
