A new Mr. Fingers album has been announced by Larry Heard.
‘Around The Sun Pt 1′ is the follow-up to Mr. Fingers’ first album in nearly 25 years, ‘Cerebral Hemispheres,’ which was released on his own Alleviated Records on the 2nd of May.
In 2018, a three-part remix series including Call Super, Kode9, Duplex, and Upsammy was released.
Heard delivered an archival release series titled ‘Vault Sessions’ for Alleviated Records in December 2020.
The first installment, titled ‘Vault Sessions 1’, included unreleased recordings from his archive, with an outtake from his Another Side LP titled ‘Chains’, featuring Ron Wilson.
