CARL COX ANNOUNCED A FIRST NEW ALBUM AFTER SO LONG

The legendary DJ Carl Cox has officially signed with the Bartelsmann Music Group (BMG), who also revealed on Saturday the release of his fifth studio album.

The new album will be the Ibiza guru’s first in ten years, following the release of his last album, “All Roads Lead To The Dancefloor,” in 2011. Meanwhile, the DJ has released a new remix of Deborah de Luca’s “Fuori” ahead of the release of the new album.

BMG, as one of the world’s largest record companies, represents a prestigious list of electronic artists, including Aphex Twin, Fatboy Slim, and The Prodigy.

Cox has yet to reveal a release date for his latest album, but he has promised that new music will be released soon.

Soon after, the DJ was spotlighted by the charity livestream ‘Ibiza Soul Food.’

WaterBear College of Music revealed just two weeks ago that Cox would be awarding a scholarship to one lucky student in partnership with the Brighton college. The winner will also receive £15,000 of music equipment to help them further their education.
