Goes By So Fast is a new short film from Toro y Moi and Eric André that acts as a companion piece to the latest Toro y Moi record Mahal. It’s a mix of fiction, documentary, animation, and concert film directed by Harry Israelson. Chaz Bear will DJ during the film’s premiere on April 22nd at Brain Dead Studios in Los Angeles.
Dead Oceans will release Mahal on April 29. It includes “The Loop,” as well as Unknown Mortal Orchestra, the Mattson 2, Salami Rose Joe Louis, and Sofie.
Toro y Moi will perform at this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival, which will take place in Chicago’s Union Park from July 15 to 17.
